- When will I receive my membership card?
Membership cards can take up to two weeks to process and fulfill from the date received. - How can I renew my membership?
You may renew online at www.nhccfoundation.org/membership., by calling 505.383.4704, or mailing a check to 1701 4th Street SW, Albuquerque, NM 87102 - I need a replacement card?
